Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Buying from this site include Free Worldwide Shipping, estimated delivery time is 15 – 30 business day depending on your country and region.

In order to make delivery safe and faster while trackable, we usually take the express logistics.

Return

We accept the return of items up to 30 days from date the item it was received.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

If the Package was damaged we will only do a partial refund depending on the condition.

The shipping costs of the item back to our warehouses will be paid by the customer. It is strongly advised that a trackable shipping method is used.

Returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions may result in refund delays or the product(s) to be shipped back to you

To start a return, please contact us at support@efgjewelry.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Additional non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned like consumable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • The product has been used or damaged.
  • The product has passed the 30 days return policy.

Refunds
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it usually takes us 5 business days to refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company (up to 31 days) to process and post the refund too.

A refund will be provided for the amount paid for the returned product excluding any charges for the initial shipping of the product when it was purchased.

A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee of the credit clearing company. If the order did not ship out and it was canceled successfully, the 10% transaction fee will be waived and the refund will be the total amount of the order
